  • ARCHIVE SIX offer a 7 day store credit return policy for UK orders , and 14 days for international orders. This means that we must have your order returned back to us, and in our possession, within the time frame listed previously. Any orders received back after this 7 day period (14 days for international) will not be eligible for a store credit return. We do not offer exchanges of good or refunds of payment of returned orders.  Please contact us prior to sending the the order back, to let us know you are requesting to process a return, and reason – hello@archivesix.co .
  • If you wish to return an order for store credit, our return address can be found on the label on the front of your parcel. Please make sure you include the original invoice in the return parcel so we can identify your order once we have received it. Once we receive back your order, the item will be checked for any signs of wear, such as from aftershave, deodorant and make up which will discredit your return. All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn condition, unwashed with our tags still attached within their original packaging. Please Note: RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THE TAGS ARE STAINED, REMOVED OR TAMPERED WITH. Items with tags that have been ‘reattached’  by the customer will also discredit your return.
  • The cost of your return and its safe transportation back to us is your sole responsibility, therefore please ensure you use a trusted, insured and trackable service. We can only process your return for store credit if the package reaches us safely. ARCHIVE SIX will not be held accountable for any returns that may get lost in transit.
  •  All postage charges are non refundable. This includes the initial postage cost, and return postage cost. All orders with the initial free postage charge will therefore be deducted from the total refund amount when your return is processed. The cost of your return shipping is also your sole responsibility.
  • Unfortunately we are not at this moment able to offer exchanges. We recommend you process a new order and return the old order for store credit.
